People are being sprayed from above all over the world. Why?

The govt. says it’s not true, even though it is quite obvious these are not normal flight paths or normal contrails. Why?

you have to be joking! Those are contrails. When one plane sprays and one doesn’t it was because they were at different heights. There are different atmospheric properties at different heights. The one plane “turns spray on”, was decreasing altitude, same explanation.
